Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to Clovet, operated by Zakhar Maksim Podyakov, IE (doing business as Boldify). Premium features are delivered digitally through in-app subscriptions.
How purchases work
Subscriptions and trials are sold through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. We do not process payment cards directly inside the app.
How to request a refund
Apple: use reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Google Play: use play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or your Play Store order history.
Refund eligibility and timing are decided by the store under its policies and applicable consumer law.
Canceling a subscription
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the store grants a refund. You keep premium access until the end of the paid period unless store rules say otherwise.
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Clovet
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal. Trial availability, length, and the subscription price that applies after the trial are shown in the app and in your store purchase sheet at the time of purchase.
EU / UK withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. By starting a digital subscription immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once full digital delivery begins, where permitted by law.
Billing issues we can help with
If premium access does not activate after a successful purchase, contact us with your store receipt or account email. We will investigate entitlement sync issues on our side.
